By accessing or using hælu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
About hælu
hælu brings together words, music, stories, creativity, courses, places, ideas and discoveries exploring the relationship between how we live and how we feel.
The content available through hælu is intended for personal exploration, enjoyment, education and general wellbeing.
Wellbeing and Educational Content
Some content within hælu may explore subjects including the body, emotions, rest, awareness, relationships, personal experiences and wellbeing.
This content is provided for general informational, educational and wellbeing purposes only.

Free and Paid Content
Some content within hælu may be available freely, while other content may require an account, individual purchase or paid membership.

A membership provides access to the content and features included within that membership for as long as the membership remains active. It does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Where a recurring membership or subscription is offered, the price and billing frequency will be displayed before you purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals.
Where you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party payment provider, cancellation will normally need to be managed through the account or subscription settings provided by that service.
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily end access immediately. Depending on the platform and circumstances, you may continue to have access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Payments may be processed by Apple, Google or another payment provider depending on where and how you purchase access to hælu.
Purchases made through a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's payment, cancellation and refund terms.
Any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions.
Where you have a legal right to cancel a purchase or receive a refund, that right will continue to apply.
Where digital content is supplied immediately at your request, your cancellation rights may differ where permitted by applicable law and where the necessary consent and acknowledgement have been obtained during the purchase process.
If content or a service you have purchased is faulty, unavailable or does not correspond with what was offered, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original material available through hælu, including audio recordings, music, spoken work, writing, stories, videos, photographs and imagery, course material, graphics, branding, design and other creative content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.
Access to hælu does not transfer ownership of this material to you.
Content may be accessed and enjoyed for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, distribute, sell, licence, upload elsewhere, publicly share or commercially exploit hælu content.
You may not use hælu content to create or train commercial products, services, artificial intelligence systems, datasets or other derivative commercial material without prior written permission.
Content From Others
From time to time, hælu may feature or link to work, places, products, services, makers, artists, writers, photographers or other third parties.
Where work belonging to another person or organisation appears within hælu, ownership remains with the relevant rights holder.
The inclusion or discussion of a third-party place, product, service or organisation does not necessarily mean that hælu is responsible for or endorses everything offered by that third party.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you live.
